Commissions & Portraiture

Interested in having a commissioned art piece or fantasy portrait done?  See yourself, loved one, or friend as a fairy, mermaid, knight, troll, whatever your imagination desires!  Just supply us a quality photo, preferably in the same position you wish the character to be portrayed in!

Example:

Fantasy portraits make wonderfully enchanting, and personalized gifts!

Pricing based on art piece size, medium used (pencil or watercolor), and detail-complexity.  A rough idea is:

(A4) 8.5" X 11" piece - $75.00 - 100.00 +

(A3) 12" X 17" piece - $175.00 - 250.00 +

Carol also does commissioned art for product labels, logos, CD covers, store/shop themed wall decor, etc.

Example:

(Bath Products)

A bath products shop on Sanibel Island, FL, that Carol sells her soap to (and where mermaids are all the rage!) commissioned her to do these pieces to grace their shop walls!

Into The Wild Oaks

Into the wild oaks we dance,
To sing and play and find romance,
For in oak limbs the fae folk play,
And beckon us back the following day.

Scented of nectar and twilight's mist,
Surely you felt that faery's kiss!
What? You can't see them prancing wild?
Then sadly, you've lost your eyes-of-a-child.

Come BACK AGAIN, to the wild oaks,
But first shed your worldly skin,
With faerie dust sparkles, your eyelids we'll kiss,
To the let the fae back in!
