Crocheted & knit goods are such wonderful comfort items, ya know? Like a hug you can wrap around you any time, without the sloppy kiss from Aunt Bessie attached. *wink* I have a variety of them laying all over my house, in all kinds of colors to go with anything...a shawl for use on simple walks, while dew-dancing in the morning garden, for head-covers as you dash in the rain...as standard as jeans, T-shirts, and that little black dress.

READY-MADE, ...READY-TO-SHIP!
Most of our readymade items have already sold. Remaining items were donated to Hurricane Sandy victims. More coming.....

A great way to wear October all month, BEFORE costume-day! Many folks I know who are die-hard Halloween-lovers, are not the least bit hesitant to wear orange & black ALL year...of which I am one! This 6 foot long x 8 inch wide scarf can even double as a shoulder-cozy. Double-thick (two color strands used) it will definitely keep you WARM. Crocheted in Trinity Stitch in saffron orange and Edwardian dark gray, it has a rustic heirloom look to it! Keep for yourself, or give to your favorite Halloween-Lover!

The above (top) scarf sold so fast we made another, same 6' x 8" size, DOUBLE -THICK...AND one in orange and pure black!

Beanies:
These thick, warm hats are somewhat looser than a skull-fitting beanie, so less "hat-hair" syndrome!

Some already-sold projects..... (to give you ideas)

Man-Shawl made with Edwardian / AFghan made with Cotton Candy Pink (lovely for a breast cancer patient/survivor)
The shawls I make are of an incredibly cuddly yarn known for it's superior softness, ...they are blanket-like and heirloom-quality! With proper care, it should last lifetime!
If you wish to have a SUPER-THICK item made, I can use double the yarn at an increased price (but not increased labor cost). Let me know! carolochsarts@aol.com And the fun part is you can mix two colors if you like for a varigated-look! This is one I did in purple and black for a gal who loves gothy-colors:

If you are interested in having one made especially for you, let me know! carolochsarts@aol.com My method is.... I like to call them Intention Shawls....if I know a bit about you (or your shawl recipient) before beginning, I think of you the whole time I'm making it, so your shawl is not only made especially for you, but infused with good thoughts and intentions directed especially toward you and perhaps any special needs you may have! Besides being warmth and fashion accessories, shawls make wonderful gifts for birthdays, weddings, new babies, special ceremonies, and as comfort shawls for ill friends or family. It's truly a gift that lasts forever..... ~Carol :)
