If you would like to order but do not wish to use your credit card at our online cart, you can still submit your order and shipping info into the cart, print your order out, then mail your check or money order in to us! Contact us for mail-in address: CarolOchsArts@aol.com. We accept money order or check payment, but product will not be sent until check clears.
If you feel uncomfortable with, or do not wish to use our secure online shopping cart, you can always leave your order on our voice mail. -I normally ship Priority Mail, but if you prefer Parcel Post (slower but costs less) or faster (if you wish to pay for it), please state so.

NOTE: When calling us, we are often in-production making soap, which is a TIME-SENSITIVE process (soap will thicken and harden if we leave it to grab a phone). We do not have a full-time phone-answering secretary because if we hire one, we would have to raise our soap prices to cover a secretary's wages and workers comp. ins. (the nation's highest rates here in CA!), etc. When polled, most of our customers prefer lower soap prices!
